Alot of women get yeast infection from taking antibiotics. Diabetics are particular to be prone to yeast infections. And there are other conditions, like aids that move off one prone to it. If you get frequent yeast infections you should talk to your obgyn doc.

As a former sufferer of yeast infections, I have good word! Probiotics are a great preventative and treatment. There are many different brands of Probiotics, but I suggest Pure Encapsulations. They are a great brand with deeply reputable products. Also, iherb.com has great products as well. Just furrow for Probiotics. Oh, and watch out because Probiotics need to be chilled!
