I be told within be yeast within my urine, does that be determined i hold a yeast infection?
i have never taken medication for a yeast infection and i know they're very adjectives... but i've never really had any tell-tale signs of discharge and such... that was the first time i hear about yeast... when the doctor asked if i had symptoms of yeast infection, i said no because i haven't. so does have yeast in my urine mean i own a yeast infection? what should i do?
Answers:
shift to the doctors and get some stuff for it
u deftanily have yeast infection
You can certainly have an asymptomatic yeast infection... and that is to say, indeed, what yeast in the urine shows.
As to what to do, if the doctor didn't prescribe you anything or tell you to clutch any meds, they probably assume you're okay and that your body is clearing the infection on its own. If you start having symptoms, you can either telephone call them up and ask for a prescription antifungal like Diflucan or take an OTC remedy close to Monistat.
the vaginal and the bladder are two separate units. if you have an infection contained by the vaginal area, then it's a yeast infection. if you hold an infection coming from the badder or urinary tact, then it's a urinary tract infection. if you are taking antibiotics, then its a uti. if you are using a cream or taking a pill ( freshly one) a yeast infection.
Yes, I am in med school
That more than possible means you have a yeast infection.
You should probably budge back to whoever told you this and tell them to suck it...because they should own given you a prescription to heal it.
But if you want to go the cheaper route..Monistat 7. You can buy it at Walmart. It will work.
;)
just to clarify. our skin has a reliable amount of 'yeast' however so long as we observe proper Hygiene procedures it does not become a problem. From what I can tell, it may be
1. Introduction into your vagina though sexual intercourse ie ungainly Hygiene by your partner (which is putting it mildly)
or
2. improper Hygiene for yourself.
btw. yes. and if you have someone you know who is a nurse, medical practitioner, or doctor. Get 'advice' from them on hygene, meticulousness and prevention of yeast. a doctor friend once told my dad. Advice costs you a cup of coffee you can guess what a consultation will cost you.
