(Detailed question)Does this nouns close to a yeast infection or genital herpes?
I have been asking question about this all hours of daylight trying to inform myself about it, so please be patient beside me.
Ok, about 3-4 weeks ago, it started off as a small red, itchy nouns around the opening of my vagina. And as the weks past on, it get larger, being red all around my vagina. It really itches and burns sometimes. And I own alot of discharge, sometimes clear, sometimes it is a small amount of the cottage cheese looking type(not very often). I'll be honest, it does stink. It looks kinda blistered, from scratching, I THINK. It basically looks very red and sensative. I dont have any blisters or bumps that come up from the skin, or are white or anything. the skin of my vagina itches sometimes too. It is totally uncomfortable! Please help if you can, Im really freaked out! This is adjectives the information that I think would help to identify it. I know I call for to go to the doctor, and I will, I just want an opinion first. Thank you!

There is NO definitive way to determine what is going on with you. It could be a yeast infection or it could be an infection that artificial the skin from scratching, or it could be something else entirely.....all of which you already own outlined.
The fact of the matter is that until the doctor take a look, probably takes some samples for conducting tests and does a complete examination, there is NO instrument to know for sure what you have. So -- as you have already pointed out -- you will call for to see a doctor, and the sooner the better.
THis sounds like a classic yeast infection. If you have never have a yeast infection before, you should go to your doctor for confirmation. Sometimes when infections step on for a while, it gives a chance of the common bacteria living in the vagina to receive out of balance. This is called a bacterial infection and it will hold a fishy odor. Yeast does not have a bad odor. You could enjoy a "mixed" infection with yeast and bacteria. So, best to permit a doctor check it first. To keep you comfortable, do not scratch. Sit is a tub of lukewarm wet or blow the area with a hairdryer on low. Keep your underwear bad and wear boxer shorts or a skirt. Let air get to the nouns. You can take a Benadryl for itching. Do not douche.
Herpes is very bleeding and last 7-10 days and is gone. It does not itch like you are describing. Don't verbs. Just see someone today!
It could be a sever yeast infection. I have seen a yeast infection spread out really immediate on a little girl I care for short treatment and it does burn and itch and it did blister because she scratched at it.
like you said you need to travel to the hospital. I do not think it is herpes, have you be in a sexual relationship with anyone that have herpes or possably does? if not you have nil to worry about
You definitely should see a doctor. You might have more than one point going on - meaning both yeast infection and somethign else.
First of all, no yeast infection last 3-4 weeks. And ususally there is no redness associated. But the discharge you describe could unbelievably well be a sign of yeast infection.
You most definitely DEFINITELY have need of to see a doctor. An infection down there that's left unreated could outstandingly easily live you infertile. Don't play with that fire, turn see someone today.
Yeah, it sounds like a Yeast infection
